High tensile steel crimped wire mesh sheet screen for mine sieving
Description of wedge wire screen
The wedge wire mesh is formed by winding a longitudinal wire around a support rod placed longitudinally. All wires and rods are resistance welded at each contact point.
Various combinations of contours and support rods, as well as various apertures between the lines and rods, allow us to design screens based on your technical or cosmetic specifications. Plates, cylinders, tubes and baskets, inlet screens, profile lines and wedge-shaped wire filter elements are new screens made by Atlas. These innovative products enable you to get the most cost-effective wedge mesh and wire mesh
Application of wedge wire mesh
Used for separation, sizing, dewatering and sieving of liquids, gases and solids in oil wells, wells and the chemical industry.
Feature of the wedge wire mesh
The wedge-shaped tapered opening is gradually widened to improve the dewatering efficiency
Non-blocking, unlike grids, only two points of contact can retain particles
Slot size from .002 to 1"
Durable and capable of carrying heavier loads without the need for support structures
One-piece construction
Form manufacturing and molding flexibility
a wide variety of materials
Low maintenance and easy to clean
Tolerances range from + .002 / - .001 to + / .005
