Customized 110 Screen Printing Mesh Chemicals / Abrasion / Heat / Moisture Resist
Description of the 110 screen printing mesh:
Sample with size not more than 2meter can be supplied free, freight should be paid buyer.
Our machine is imported from German,Sweden Austrian,Japan. we use the high quality imported looms to weave our product.
230 mesh is great for high-end fine detail printing. A 230 mesh can hold halftones very well and also lets a little more ink through then a 305 mesh. The yellow color prevents light from reflecting through the threads of the mesh and keeps a sharper image when burning.
Usually Reking polyester mesh is from 13T-180T,if you used in printing industry,the mesh count will be from 23T to 165T.all the mesh must be plain weave,Reking mesh is very suitable water-based ink and oil-based ink,if you use for green product,we suggest you use the water-based ink. Oil-based ink are suitalbe for any mesh,the effect is very beautiful.
