High Quality Stainless Steel Sintered Mesh Filter Screen(Multi layer)
Description of stainless steel sintered mesh round for filter plate
Sintered wire mesh is produced through a series of technical processes. Precision woven wire mesh is evenly calendered (roller flat) to ensure good contact at the intersection of the wires. One or more layers of the calendered web are then laminated under mechanical pressure in a special fixture in a high temperature furnace. The furnace is filled with a proprietary inert gas atmosphere and the temperature rises to the point where sintering (diffusion bonding) occurs.
After controlling the cooling, the web now becomes rigid by bonding the individual wires to each other and bonding each layer to an adjacent layer. Its overall performance is superior to sintered metal powders/granules and porcelain.
The final product has excellent strength. Manufacturing filter elements does not require internal support, is easy to clean and can achieve long life. Commonly used materials are 304L and 316L stainless steel. For more information on stainless steel, see: Stainless Steel Type. Exotic metals or alloys are also available upon request. The filtration range is from approximately. 0.5 to 60 microns. The maximum size of the sintered woven wire mesh panel is approximately. 500 x 1000 mm. A larger size can be obtained by precisely welding the panel.
Feature of the 316 stainless steel sintered mesh
High mechanical stability
High mechanical stability rating
No displacement in the wire cloth structure
High filtration capacity due to surface filtration
Corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, can work in the temperature range of -50 ° C to + 550 ° C.
The sintered mesh can be made into a filter candle, a circle, a disk or the like as needed.
