Ultra Fine Stainless Steel Screen Printing Wire Mesh
Description of stainless steel screen mesh:
The weaving of metal mesh uses the technology of the textile industry. Fully automatic loom for metal, such as cloth weaving machines, using shuttles, spools and reels. As in a loom, lines running along the length of the web are called warps; they are wrapped around a harder crosshair or rod called a weft. Modern weaving machines can weave individual fibers with a thickness of less than 1 micron. The tufts or strands are made up of several woven fibers, cables or solid wires of various shapes, up to 5 mm thick. This kind of loom can produce nets up to 20 meters long and 8 meters wide. The woven mesh may be in the form of a flat or roll, which may be in a hard or soft form depending on the size of the wire used to make the mesh and the details of the mesh design.

Stainless steel filter wire mesh refers to stainless woven wire mesh used in filter liquid, gas and pulp. The opening can be square, rectangular or special opening.Normally, this kind of wire mesh has standard opening sizes, uniform opening, good permeability and high strength. The raw materials should be chosen according to different environments of applications.
