High Tension Strength Stainless Steel Screen Printing Mesh For Hybrid Circuits
Descriptions of Stainless steel wire mesh screen printing materials:
Weaving is one of the oldest inventions of mankind. With the development of society, it has evolved from manual weaving to highly advanced automated processes. The materials used are also increasingly diverse – from natural textiles, such as fiber from plant and animal sources, to synthetic polymers to metallic materials. Therefore, stainless steel wire can be used to weave the net is very common. The discovery of stainless steel mesh is spectacular but not eye-catching, but they are vital to everyday life. The stainless steel printing net has broken the original printing method and has become an indispensable part of today's society.
Applications of stainless steel screen printing materials :
• Solar and photovoltaic applications
• Thick film microelectronics
• Hybrid circuit
• Super thin line
• Low temperature copolymer ceramics
• Membrane switch circuit
• MCM
• Solder paste and adhesive
• Microelectronics package
• Electronic display system
• Printed circuit
Advantages of 304 ,316, 316 L stainless steel screen printing materials:
Our wire mesh manufacturing process uses the finest stainless steel wire cloth to provide higher strength, better tension retention and a very uniform mesh thickness. A rolled stainless steel mesh is also available.
Apply a slightly calendered grid between the two heavy rollers to create a thinner, smoother, more uniform mesh (mesh size and open area are unaffected). As a result, the calendering line is typically 20% thinner than a standard wire web, resulting in a thinner ink deposit during printing.
